In the lower right corner, press "New Reply" (if your post would not be the first post in the thread) or "New Thread" (if you are opening a new thread) to open the post generation window:

After filling in the contents of the post, press "open Pollmanager" to the bottom of the post generation window:

In the pop-up window that appears, press "add Poll":

In the web form that appears, fill in the first three fields exactly as shown in the figure. Leave other options intact. Then press "Next step!":

In the web form that appears, fill in the fields exactly as shown in the figure. Then press "Save poll!":

Close the pop-up window. Your poll is now created and will be displayed as soon as you send the post to the server by pressing the "Post Reply" (or "Post Thread") button. You can then cast your own vote in the poll.
